We have redesigned and adapted the PICARNINAS formula to another classic crop of the Cadiz agriculture, green asparagus.

Thus was born our asparagus pate, PICÁRRAGOS.

It is made with green asparagus that we have grown ourselves in the La Janda region of Cadiz and, of course, it maintains our “Cantizano touch” in the recipe.

Its ingredients: green asparagus, extra virgin olive oil from the Sierra de Cádiz, bread (wheat flour, water, yeast and salt), sherry vinegar, garlic, spices in variable proportions, sunflower oil and bay salt.

100% natural, without preservatives or colorants.

With a very rich texture, they are ideal and very healthy on toasts with cured cheese and nuts or as a dip.
