Our ALCAUCILES vegetable preserve contains only three ingredients: wild artichokes, water and lemon juice.

We have collected the most select from our area, separated and selected their hearts and we have preserved them raw. Thus, they maintain all their properties and, at the same time, offer the maximum possibilities to prepare any recipe.

Highly diuretic, with vitamins of groups A, B and C and minerals, our artichokes are delicious sauteed with AVOE (extra virgin olive oil) , garlic and salt. You can also taste them gratin  with a bit of creamy or scrambled goat cheese.
